1) All of our prices include accommodation for shared occupancy of a twin room during the tour. We’ll do our best to arrange a roommate, but it cannot be guaranteed. If no one is available with whom you can share, or if you require single occupancy, we must ask that you pay a single supplement of £55 per night. Breakfast is included in the price. The cost of other meals, refreshments and snacks is not included.

2) Included in the tour price is your travel during tours, entry to Kew Gardens, Windsor Castle, 1 trip on the Kew explorer, 1 river trip and 1 trip on the London Eye. Travel by people carrier to Windsor Castle and Kew is also included.

3) Non photographic partners go for 15% less than the total tour cost

4) Booking a place on the tour requires a reservation deposit of £50 per person, which is fully refundable should you cancel 60 days or more before the tour start date . Early reservation is recommeded. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure and can be paid by credit card or Paypal online.

5) Clients are able to check in at the hotel at 2.00 pm on Saturday on the first day of the tour.

6) The arrival day will be gentle to allow for your journeys but we will go out in the late afternoon/early evening for your first shoot to get to know each other and experience the location.

7) There will be 2 tutors Ron and Lou smith (smithnsmith). The minimum group number is 3, plus 2 tutors. The maximum is 8 guests. Small group supplements may apply for groups of less than 6. For 4-5 guests the supplement is £130 per person. For 3, the supplement is £322 per person.

8)We reserve the right to cancel the tour if there are less than 3 guests. We will let you know as early as possible should this be likely to occur. All fees and deposits paid will be fully refundable and all our liabilities will cease thereafter. London PhotoTours is under no obligation to provide compensation and will have no liability for consequential loss.

9) Should you cancel your reservation, cancellation must be confirmed in writing or email. For cancellations received 60 or more days prior to departure, your deposit is fully refundable. Due to costs incurred by London Photo Tours in the process of arranging a tour, the following applies: Cancellation 28-59 days prior to departure, 50% of the booking fee and deposit is refundable. Cancellation less than 28 days, prior to departure, all booking fees and desposits are non-returnable. London Photo Tours strongly recommends that you buy holiday cancellation insurance to cover this liability.

10) London Photo Tours cannot be held responsible for the safety of clients' equipment or belongings while using the provided transport or accommodation or on location or at anytime during the photo tour - please ensure that your travel insurance will cover you for any damage/loss to your property or injuries to your person during the photo holiday period.

11) Not included in the tour price is return travel from your home to the hotel. You are responsible for the cost of these journeys.

12) We use public transport, primarily train or tube travel to London photo locations. Travel cards give unlimited travel on the London networks for our photo shoots and are included in the price of your tour. You can continue to use the travel cards in your free time.

13) Smoking is not allowed at shared meals when on location or in the people carrier, except at designated photo stops where permitted by English Law and not interfering with the enjoyment and photography of other tour members.

14) Accommodaton rates and pricing is correct at time of writing  and is based on room rates and other prices quoted to London Photo Tours at time of scheduling.  As we schedule in advance it is possible that due to seasonal variation there may be fluctuations in accomodation costs, which may cause slight fee increases that are beyond our control.  We reserve the right to ammend prices. We shall inform you as soon as possible of any changes.

15) Clients must be ready to check out from the hotel by 12.00 am on the final day.

16) Payment of tour fees constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
