| Terms and Conditions (one-day photography tours and workshops) |

1). Stated prices are per person.
2) If for any reason we are unable to run a tour/workshop (prior to departure) we will refund all fees paid and our liability will ceases thereafter. London PhotoTours are under no obligation to provide compensation and will have no liability for consequential loss. If you prefer to accept a rescheduled date, our terms and conditions of booking still apply to the reschedule.
3) You may cancel a tour up to 7 days before departure and receive a full refund, less a course withdrawal fee of £15 per person. This may be done by email or phone. We do not accept cancellations or reschedulling less than 7 days before the course. We do not give refunds on Gift Certificates.

Scheduled Photo Tours and Workshops are for adults 18+ only. Individuals under 18 should book a private tour or workshop with an adult/family member attending as a course participant.
5). Only the person(s) booked may attend. You cannot bring non-participating companions even without a camera. If you have special needs that require a helper then please contact us beforehand to arrange this.
6). Photo Tour/Workshop participants must bring their own camera. You must ensure your camera is in proper working condition. Please ensure your camera battery is fully charged and that you carry a spare. You will almost certainly take more photos than you expect to so do bring extra memory cards.
7) Refreshments and meals are not included in the price.
8)Admission to any attractions is not included unless stated. Most buildings in London e.g. Westminster Abbey do not allow photography inside the building.
9)During a photo tour or workshop the tutor may take individual and group shots of attendees. We may publish these photos on our websites and/or social media sites to show what our tours are like. If you wish the photo removed please contact us in writing and we will do so.
10) You are responsible for your own insurance and the insurance of your equipment during the tour/workshop, please check your holiday insurance if necessary. Any injury or accident must be claimed against your insurance. London Photo Tours does not accept liability for any injury or accident happening during a tour or workshop.
11) Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the case of a payment for more than one person, the person paying is responsible for informing their group of these terms and conditions and obtaining consent, before making payment.
12) These terms are understood to apply under English Law only.
Terms and conditions (Digital Photography and Editing)
1). Stated prices are per person.
2) If for any reason we are unable to run a course we will refund all fees paid and our liability will ceases thereafter. London PhotoTours are under no obligation to provide compensation and will have no liability for consequential loss. If you prefer to accept a rescheduled date, our terms and conditions of booking will apply to the reschedule.
3) You may cancel the course up to 7 days before the start date and receive a full refund less £25 cancellation fee per person. We do not accept cancellations or reschedulling less than 7 days before the course. This may be done by email or phone.

The Tour and Workshop is for adults 18+ only. You will have 1:1 tuition throughout for an individual. For a private group of 2 there is 1 tutor for the photo tour part of the weekend and 1 or 2 tutors for the digital imaging.
5). Meals are not included in the price. Light refreshments are provided on Sunday as stated in the workshop description.
7) Travel to or from our venues are not included in the price.
8). You are responsible for your own insurance and the insurance of your own equipment during the tour and workshop. You should insure yourself against any injury or accident sustained during either the tour or workshop, or on the workshop premises. Terms and Conditions Gift Certificates
1) Gift certificates are normally valid for 9 months (Choice of three or four workshops/tours 12 months).
1) We do not give refunds on Gift Certificates.
2) Your Workshop or Tour must be completed by the expiry date on your certificate. Please contact us if you wish to extend your expiry date - there is a small charge for this.
3) Scheduled Gift Certificates can be upgraded to a Private Option by paying any extra fee.
4). Only the person(s) booked may attend. You cannot bring non-participating companions even without a camera. If you have special needs that require a helper then please contact us beforehand to arrange this.
5) Terms for Tours and Workshops as above also apply (except number 2 & 3 about refunds and cancellations).

8) The recipient is responsible for redeeming their certificate before the expiry date either online using the redeem link on the certificate, or by contacting us by phone or email.
9) Please check the type of workshop or tour on your gift certificate: the recipient is responsible for making sure the workshop or tour they have chosen is for the correct type of workshop (private or scheduled).
10). These terms understood to apply under English Law only.
Terms and Conditions For Discount Codes
Discounts cannot be used in conjuction with any other discounts and offers. To receive a discount on the tour or workshop you must use the discount code at time of booking online. Discounts cannot be applied in retrospect. Gift certificates are excluded from this offer.
