1). Stated prices are per person.
2) If for any reason we are unable to run a tour we will refund all fees paid and our liability will ceases thereafter. London PhotoTours are under no obligation to provide compensation and will have no liability for consequential loss.
3) You may cancel a tour up to 48 hours before the tour and receive a full refund. This may be done by email or phone. We do not give refunds on Gift Certificates.
4). The Photo Tours are for adults 18+ only. The tours are made up of small groups plus 2 tutors (Ron and Lou Smith). We will still carry out a tour for very small numbers but we may have one tutor for groups of less than three.
5). Photo Tour participants must bring their own camera. Please ensure your camera battery is fully charged and that you carry a spare. You will almost certainly take more photos than you expect to so do bring extra memory cards.
6) Refreshments and meals are not included in the price.
7)Admission to any attractions is not included unless stated. Most buildings in London e.g. Westminster Abbey do not allow photography inside the building.
8) You are responsible for your own insurance and the insurance of your equipment during the tour, please check your holiday insurance if necessary. Any injury or accident must be claimed against your insurance. London Photo Tours does not accept liability for any injury or accident happening during a tour or workshop.
9) Payment of tour fees constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the case of a payment for more than one person, the person paying is responsible for informing their group of these terms and conditions and obtaining consent, before making payment.
10). These terms are understood to apply under English Law only.
Terms and conditions (Weekend Photography Course)
1). Stated prices are per person.
2) If for any reason we are unable to run a course we will refund all fees paid and our liability will ceases thereafter. London PhotoTours are under no obligation to provide compensation and will have no liability for consequential loss.
3) You may cancel the course up to 6.00 pm the evening before the tour and receive a full refund less £20 cancellation fee. This may be done by email or phone.
4).
The Tour and Workshop is for adults 18+ only. You will have 1:1 tuition throughout.
5). A digital SLR camera will be provided (along with a choice of lenses) if required during the Tours and Workshop only (it cannot be borrowed outside of these times).
6). Meals are not included in the price. Light refreshments are provided on sunday as stated in the workshop description.
7) Travel to or from our venues are not included in the price.
8). You are responsible for your own insurance and the insurance of your own equipment during the tour and workshop. You should insure yourself against any injury or accident sustained during either the tour or workshop, or on the workshop premises. In the case of a payment for more than one person, the person paying is responsible for informing their group of these terms and conditions and obtaining consent, before making payment. London Photo Tours does not accept any liability for injury or accident during a tour or workshop.

Terms and Conditions For Discount Codes
Discounts cannot be used in conjuction with any other discounts and offers. To receive a discount on the tour or workshop you must use the discount code at time of booking online. Discounts cannot be applied in retrospect. Gift certificates are excluded from this offer
